14 days of pure off-road adventure through Namibia's wild Kaokoland! With a guide, dust in their hair and unforgettable moments — for anyone who dares to travel really wild.

Welcome to Namibia!
Day 1: Windhoek
You arrive in Windhoek and your adventure begins! Your guide is already waiting for you to take you to your accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy the first day. Let Namibia sink in — it's going to be great!
Day 2: Kamanjab
We leave the capital of Namibia and follow the road towards Kaokoland. This day is a transfer day. If time permits, we'll make a short stop at Woodcrafts Market. Our accommodation for tonight is south of Kaokoland. The late afternoon is a good time to relax and get ready for our adventure in Kaokoland.
Day 3: Warmequelle
Today we continue towards Grootberg and over the Etendeka Plateau to Warmequelle. A dip in the natural well of the cliffs will make you feel ike a true explorer!
Day 4: Opuwo
Transfer day. We take the route via Anabeb, Okatumba to Opuwo. Opuwo is the capital of Kaokoland. We do our last shopping for our adventure before checking into our accommodation.
Day 5: Etanga
Our adventure in Kaokoland starts today. The gravel road takes us to the village of Etanga, where we either use the community campsite or go wild camping, depending on how far we still have to drive. The road takes us over the first crossing of the Hoarusib River, which is a lifeline for many animals in this harsh area.
Day 6: Marble Mine
Passing through the villages of Otjitaa and Otjihaa, we will head towards Ontjuva Village, where we will spend the night at the Marble Mine campsite.
Day 7 & 8: Marienfluss via Red Drum to the Kunene River
Today we take the road to the Marienfluss area. The first challenge will be the Jan Joubert Pass. Slowly and carefully, we cross the pass to reach Rooi Drom, a historic landmark in Kaokoland. From Rooi Drom, we head north up the Marienfluss until we reach the Kunene. On our way, we will pass some Ova Himba Kraals and will be amazed by the beautiful scenery of the Marienfluss. Our destination is the Kunene River, where we stay for two nights.
Day 9: Hartman Valley
After enjoying the Kunene River and washing off the Kaokoland dust, we make our way to the Hartman Mountains and the Hartman Valley. Here, wild camping becomes an unforgettable experience in the midst of a rugged, semi-desert landscape. Just you and nature — pure magic!
Day 10: Orupembe/ Khumib River via Blue Drum
Our route takes us via Blue Drum and we head towards Orupembe. Orupembe is a well-known stop for thirsty travelers.
Day 11: Purros
Purros is a village in the middle of nowhere — pure adventure! An impressive landscape awaits you on the way to the Hoarusib River. Keep an eye out for wild animals and spend the evening around a campfire — the perfect way to end a wild day.
Day 12 and 13: Palmwag
Tomakas and Ganamab are two villages we travel through on our way to Sesfontein. Along the route, we have magnificent mountain ranges that will keep us busy. Palmwag is located on the banks of the Uniab River. This is where we spend our last night in a tent/accommodation before heading back to civilization.
