2. We'll get back to you
By email, phone or WhatsApp — you decide how we contact you. If we are still missing some information to put together a suitable travel plan for you, we will now clarify it. Do we have everything we need? Then you will receive from us:

Based on our conversation, we create a first draft of your trip that combines your dreams with our expertise. You get a clear overview of what your adventure could look like — flexible and customizable, of course.
4. Final touches according to your wishes
You're not quite satisfied yet? No problem! Tell us what you'd like to change and we'll adjust everything. We will fine-tune your plan until everything is exactly as you imagined it. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
As soon as the trip is right for you, sign our travel registration. Now your travel booking with PARU is binding.
5. Booking and payment
PARU now takes care of your entire travel booking — from flights and rental cars to lodges and activities. You can sit back and relax.
Once your trip has been booked and confirmed down to the last detail, you will receive our travel confirmation. A deposit is also due with the confirmation.
7. Preparation made easy
Packing list? Tips? Questions? We're here to help you with the final preparations. You will receive your digital PARU travel book approximately 30 days before the big day of departure. Here you will once again find all the information about your trip. Your itinerary, all your stops, hotel vouchers, vouchers for your activities and useful information — you have everything at your fingertips on your phone at all times.
